Expanding Fashion Beyond the Capital

This group wants to show that fashion is bigger than London. They held special events in England, Scotland, and Wales. Northern Ireland will join the project next year. They hope to connect local talent to new opportunities.

A report says London made 51% of creative output in 2022. But other cities have great designers too. People from places like Birmingham and Manchester are showing their work. Some designers say that materials are cheaper in other cities. They believe that hard work is the most important thing for success. Technology will also help create new jobs for everyone in the future.

The council wants to give designers better access to retail. They provide active mentorship to help people grow their businesses.
